
Refunds and Returns Policy
All returns need to be pre-authorized through our Customer Service department (customerservice@nssfasteners.co.za) who will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) which needs to be included in all correspondence and returns. RMA’s must be received within 30 days after delivery.
RETURNS
The provision of goods and services by NSS Fasteners is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, NSS Fasteners will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
(If appropriate – provide details of your policy regarding damaged goods. Also mention guarantees, warranties, etc.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and including packaging that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition and packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, edit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING RETURNS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS
All sale priced items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are returned in the original NSS packaging.
